Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Sourcing Specialist to join our leadership team. This role works closely with our Talent Acquisition Team to source pre-qualify and present top-quality candidates to support our growing operations.

Responsibilities

As a Sourcing Specialist youll play a key role in identifying engaging and qualifying the best talent for our clients and internal teams. Youll:

Proactively identify and attract high-quality candidates
Pre-qualify screen and shortlist candidates for open roles
Suggest top candidates to our Talent Acquisition Specialists and internal teams
Maintain and update candidate data within our ATS
Track your own sourcing metrics and continuously improve your process
Research and utilize new sourcing channels and platforms to expand talent pools
Respond to potential candidate inquiries on our LinkedIn Careers Page and other sourcing platforms
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient hiring workflows

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho Recruit preferred)
Experience using job boards and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Lite a plus)
Strong attention to detail follow-through and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
Team player who thrives in a collaborative remote environment
