Job Summary:
The Web Transactions Specialist is responsible for managing setup configuration specialized support consulting and related technical processes associated with E-Commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding installation and configuration of E-Commerce platforms for new and existing customers.
- Providing answers to customer inquiries and basic support questions concerning E-Commerce platform functionality.
- Performing paid consulting engagements for E-Commerce platform installations and enhancements.
- Delivering exceptional customer service as the initial point of contact for E-Commerce platform retailers.
- Advocating for retailer needs to the Business Unit Manager and Product Escalation Manager as necessary.
- Assisting in creating internal and external documentation in coordination with the Knowledge Resources Team.
- Adhering to published best practices policies SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in technical help desk procedures customer service and retail operations.
- Basic knowledge in one or more of the following: installing operating testing planning and configuring relevant technologies.
- Basic understanding of retail environments and operations.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of hardware Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn use and troubleshoot retail software and related hardware.
- Strong work ethic professional attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective customer service abilities including a positive attitude proactive interaction and maintenance of ongoing relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Technical aptitude and willingness for continuous learning.
- High degree of emotional intelligence.
