Job Summary

Schedule:

20 hours per week

Monday-Friday 12pm to 4pm Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne)

Job Description:

Youll become the creative and strategic backbone of a growing wellness business taking full ownership of their marketing initiatives from social media and email campaigns to paid advertising and Google Ads management. This role offers the perfect blend of creativity and analytics where your work directly influences brand visibility customer engagement and business growth. Youll collaborate closely with the business owner to execute data-driven marketing strategies that stand out in Australias competitive wellness landscape.

Responsibilities:

Design compelling marketing materials and graphics using Canva for various campaigns and promotions
Create and distribute engaging monthly newsletters to maintain customer relationships and drive retention
Update and maintain the company website with fresh content promotions and business information
Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms creating content that resonates with the Australian wellness community
Plan launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive local awareness and increase lead generation
Develop marketing assets and campaigns tailored for seasonal business cycles and competitive periods
Collaborate directly with the business owner to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Monitor analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI and strategy
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing including Google Ads campaign management
Proficiency with Canva for professional graphic design and marketing material creation
Strong social media management skills with demonstrated success across multiple platforms
Website management experience with ability to update content and maintain site functionality
Email marketing and newsletter creation expertise with a focus on engagement and conversion
Excellent written English communication skills with understanding of Australian market preferences
Self-motivated and organized approach to remote work with strong time management skills
Bonus if you have Google Ads certification and experience in data-driven ad optimization
Experience in the wellness fitness or health industry is a plus
