Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily audits of Zoom sales calls to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

Monitor sales team activities to ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and professional boundaries.
Perform reporting tasks and prepare summaries on sales performance and QA findings.
Verify that scheduled presentations were attended by customers as planned.
Maintain and execute auditing checklists for sales call evaluations.
Manage overflow customer appointments and assist with scheduling as needed.
Support calendar management and coordination for sales-related activities.
Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing sales quality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or sales auditing preferably in a sales-driven environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes and the psychology of sales.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and administrative tools.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes or priorities.
Detail-oriented analytical and able to provide constructive feedback to improve sales performance.
