SAP BW4HANA Developer

As a SAP BW/4HANA Developer you will: Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP BW/4HANA implementations ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects. Conduct gap analysis develop strategic roadmaps and create solution blueprints aligned with business goals. Design configure and maintain business processes according to standard Identity Lifecycle processes. Integrate SAP BW HANA and BusinessObjects (BO) with non-SAP systems and Active Directory environments. Utilize AFO ABAP and AMDP to develop and optimize data models and reporting solutions. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements provide insights and deliver agile-driven outcomes. Support data analytics and visualization initiatives through integration with Power BI and other analytical tools. What You Bring to the Table: 810 years of overall experience in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and analytics environments. Proven experience in at least two end-to-end SAP BW implementations. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BW/4HANA HANA modeling BO ABAP and AMDP. Experience with system integrations (SAP and Non-SAP) and Active Directory connectivity. Exposure to gap analysis strategic roadmap planning and solution blueprint development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You should possess the ability to: Analyze complex business needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions. Work independently while maintaining proactive communication with technical and business teams. Quickly adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements. Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver optimized data models and reports. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely project delivery.
