Summary of Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends opportunities and potential clients within the e-mobility and logistics sector.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to support strategic business decisions.
- Provide actionable insights to management for positioning and expansion strategies.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify leads through networking industry events referrals and online research.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate individual and e-commerce clients.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase revenue.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

4. Proposal Development & Negotiation

5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with operations marketing customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
- Provide client and market feedback to internal teams for product and service improvement.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives to strengthen companys market presence.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and deal pipelines using CRM tools.
- Provide regular progress reports and business insights to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field (Business Marketing or related discipline preferred).
- 35 years of experience in business development or sales preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing business opportunities.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
