The opportunity
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in IT tool implementation projects. This role requires a strong ability to bridge business and IT understand requirements and configure solutions to meet client expectations.
Qualification Requirement
BE/Btech/MBA (Finance) with Commerce or Engineering Background
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements related to reinsurance processes.
- Coordinate between business users and IT teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Support testing validation and user training activities.
- Communicate effectively in French with stakeholders across regions.
- Insurance experience preferred
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 to 10 years in IT tool implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in business process mapping and solution configuration.
- Fluent in French (mandatory).
