About You

Key Responsibilities

Partner with logistics leadership to deliver workforce planning talent management and succession strategies
Lead employee relations cases ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
Drive recruitment onboarding and retention strategies for warehouse and logistics roles
Champion health & safety wellbeing and diversity initiatives
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions
Support change management and organisational development projects
Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
Coach and develop line managers in effective people management

Requirements

Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR Advisor role within logistics warehousing or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferred
Ability to work independently and influence at all levels
Comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment
