Mission / Purpose
This role is accountable for the global growth profitability and adoption of SAMYs Social Commerce practice. Acting as a commercial and strategic partner this person ensures that all markets operate with scalable methodologies strong commercial discipline and clear pricing and performance standards.
Core Responsibilities
Drive the global growth roadmap for Social Commerce defining priorities pipeline targets and adoption plans with Global and Local Growth teams.
Own the pitch-to-fee process from opportunity scoping to pricing definition and delivery handoff.
Develop and maintain pricing and fee models adapted to agency operations balancing internal costs creator fees and performance-based structures.
Lead forecasting and pipeline governance ensuring accuracy visibility and profitability across all markets.
Partner with Growth and Finance on procurement and MSA negotiations rate cards and commercial terms.
Monitor and improve margins utilization and project profitability globally.
Create and roll out commercial playbooks pricing tools and proposal templates that drive consistency and efficiency.
Represent Social Commerce with strong executive presence in client and internal forums.
Required Aptitudes
Deep understanding of Social Commerce platforms and ecosystems such as TikTok Shop Meta and Amazon.
Proven experience in agency commercial leadership including pricing strategy revenue management and client growth.
Strong financial acumen and ability to model profitability and deal structures.
Excellent communication negotiation and influencing skills.
Strategic and data-driven mindset connecting insights to commercial performance.
Fluent English at C1 level or above.

Degree in Business Marketing or related field.
