Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Tagaddods waste management services.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that emphasize the value of our services.
Maintain accurate records of all calls leads and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
Deliver excellent customer service and follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Results-driven with a solid track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales methodologies.
Passion for environmental sustainability and understanding of waste management is a plus.
Fluent Arabic is required.
Graduates only.
Work Conditions
Location: Maadi
Working Hours: 8 hours 1 break
Schedule: 6 days per week (1 day from home 5 onsite)
Salary: EGP 8500
