A Day in the Life
岗位职责
协助用户研究员设计执行和分析用户研究项目包括但不限于用户访谈问卷调查可用性测试等 对用户行为进行观察和数据记录形成初步分析 协助整理和分析定量与定性数据为产品团队提供用户洞察和建议 支持用户研究报告的撰写和数据可视化呈现 参与跨团队合作推动用户研究结果在产品设计和开发中的应用 其他与用户研究相关的支持性工作
任职要求
专业背景 心理学社会学人因工程Human Factors Engineering本科或研究生在读 具备扎实的研究方法论基础对用户行为需求和心理有深入理解 熟悉基本的定性与定量研究方法如访谈焦点小组问卷实验设计等有相关经验者优先 拥有优秀的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神能有效与跨职能团队协作 对用户体验设计有浓厚兴趣愿意深入了解产品和用户需求 加分项有相关实习或研究项目经验
工作地点前滩世贸中心 东育路255弄5号一期B座8楼
实习时长至少6个月每周需保证至少3-4天的工作时间
