The Role
You will be working with a highly organised and collaborative support team spread across the country contributing significantly to the smooth running of a national network.
ABC RN is looking for an organised and motivated Unit Coordinator. You will provide efficient and effective organisational administrative and financial management support to the Radio National teams and programs. This is a full-time role based in Ultimo Sydney.
The Job
Reporting to the Business & Planning Manager you will provide administrative support to Radio National as part of the Radio National Support team.
A natural organiser youll enjoy managing travel and accommodation including preparation of costings assist with listener enquires and undertake a range of finance administration activities including monitoring budget performance and forecasting as well as the coordinationof induction and HR administration processes in collaboration with managers.
Youll maintain People Hub Workforce (PHW) rosters perform PHW functions relating to rosters and payroll as well as process local invoices reimbursements and accounts.

You will have the necessary well-developed interpersonal organisational and time management skills to be able to get up to speed quickly in the role and will be someone who thrives in a busy and challenging environment.
You will have the demonstrated ability to undertake finance administration related tasks.
