Job Summary

Cutover Manager - Stratford Onsite (open for Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager in Canada to lead the cutover phase of a large-scale SAP S/4 HANA rollout for a Global automative client. This role is critical to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA with minimal disruption to manufacturing supply chain or any other business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Manage the cutover strategy and detailed cutover plan.

Track and Report Cutover progress issues and resolution to project leadership.

Identify and mitigate risks related to system downtime and operational continuity.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT production supply chain finance and other vendors.

Lead cutover testing/ mock runs in pre-production environment.

Ensure Alignment with testing deployment and hyper care teams for seamless handover and support.

Manage communication and escalation plan and protocol during cutover weekend and go-live.

Required Qualification

10 years of experience in SAP Project Delivery with at-least 3 years of cutover management experience.

Worked as SAP functional consultant for 5 years for one of the FI MM SD PP modules.

Good understanding of business process across SAP FI MM SD PP QM WM and other modules.

Strong understanding of automative business processes including finance production planning inventory and supply chain processes.

Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience working with Canadian automative clients or manufacturing environment.

Ability to work flexible hours during cutover weekends and critical phases.

Preferred to have project management certification.

Preferred to have working experience with North America Europe and offshore team.

Preferred to have working knowledge on project manager software like MS Project Smartsheet etc."
