| Job Description |
What you will be doing: - Evaluate commercial properties to assess project scope dimensions and site conditions to ensure accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze project specifications and plans to create cost estimates for building installing and replacing commercial security systems.
- Accurately estimate the quantities and costs of materials labor equipment and other expenses necessary to complete the project.
- Develop proposals which include cost breakdowns timelines and project details.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.
Experience you will need: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years experience in security solutions and sales or related field preferred.
- Estimating experience preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Occasional travel is required for on-site meetings client visits or project-related activities.
