JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Arizona medical license required (IMLC accepted; willing to license)

Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

DEA: Active DEA required

Certifications: Not specified

Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty

Other Qualifications: Must complete credentialing within 7 days of receiving application; case logs and vaccination records required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide inpatient and outpatient urology coverage

Perform surgeries and in-clinic procedures as scheduled

Participate in night and weekend call coverage per rotation

Conduct patient consults admissions and follow-ups

Collaborate with PA and support staff to maintain quality patient care

Complete all required documentation and medical records timely in Cerner EMR

Participate in credentialing orientation and compliance activities per facility policy
