Job Summary

The role

Opportunities exist for Entry Level Sterilisation Technicians to join our busy sterilising department. The Entry Level Technician is involved in the sterilisation of hospital equipment and utensils and will perform basic tasks under routine supervision with no qualifications in Sterilisation Technology. The team offers a flexible roster and ongoing development.

To be considered applicants will need to possess the following:

Well-developed interpersonal skills within a team environment
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated knowledge of infection control and waste management principles
Knowledge of theatre instruments and other surgical devices desirable

We have permanent and casual opportunities available based at St Vincents Private Hospital Lismore campus.
