As a Walmart Connect PLUS (Paid Leave United Support) Sales Partner youre in the right place at the right time to ride the retail media trend at the largest retailer in the world! Its your opportunity to bring to life full-funnel performant advertising solutions for brands across categories you will manage. You will be a consultative sales partner to your clients Merchandising partners and Marketing support to grow your clients business and drive revenue at Walmart. Youll work onsite at one of our main locations (Hoboken NJ Los Angeles CA and San Bruno CA) in a vibrant and collaborative Walmart Connect media agency environment joining the team in-office at least three times per week and as-requested. You will drive client meetings with a particular focus on providing expertise for our PLUS ad products. Your primary goal will be increasing adoption of our ad products by acting as a connective tissue between Walmart Connect teams (Sales and Product) and our advertisers. You will have the opportunity to make an impact at a senior stakeholder level as a member of cross-functional teams.

What youll do...

Consults with cross-functional partners to create custom advertising solutions that address both short-term and long-term customer needs. The annual salary range for this position is $117000.00-$234000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelors degree in psychology or related area.
Option 2: Masters degree in advertising marketing business or related area.
Option 3: 5 years experience in brand advertising (for example television video sponsorship) media sales customer acquisition and growth search mobile or online sales.
5 years experience in shopper marketing sales eCommerce sales or retail advertising sales.
5 years experience managing client accounts.
5 years experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
