Join Our Team as a Heated Pool Team Leader Lead Safe High-Quality Health and Wellness Services

Make a difference by ensuring the smooth safe and efficient operation of our heated pool facility supporting community health and wellbeing through excellent service and care.

About the Role:

As the Heated Pool Team Leader youll coordinate the daily operations of the pool facility ensuring it runs efficiently and delivers high-quality consumer-focused health services. Youll oversee the maintenance of equipment uphold safety and infection control standards and ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.

In this leadership role youll play a key part in maintaining a welcoming environment supporting staff and ensuring services meet the needs of all pool users while promoting health safety and community engagement.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in the supervision of staff as a Team Leader.
• Experience in determining and appraising methods of work organisation which includes implementing detailed directions and procedures and assisting in the provision of on-the-job training.
• Experience in maintaining staff rosters.
• Experience in dealing with the general public and children.
• Experience in cash handling procedures which meet audit requirements.
• Experience in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite Outlook Word Excel etc.
• Proven experience in exercising own judgement and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
