Internship Details

• Duration: 11 weeks full-time

• Dates of Internship: June 1 2026 - August 14 2026

• Location: Hybrid - Brentwood TN

• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

About the Team:

The Flow Cytometry Validation department provides a custom solutions for clients by validating fit-for-purpose flow cytometry panels for a variety of therapies and disease indications.

Internship Assignment Summary:

• Work within the Flow Cytometry Validation Laboratory auditing document workflows identifying areas for improvement and determining creative solutions to any inefficiencies observed.

• Collaborate between cross-functional teams to drive solutions that suit all stakeholders.

• Propose a repeatable easily manageable process for global document reviews and approvals.

• Generate materials to support training efforts for the new process.

• Attend and organize meetings as necessary to provide updates to primary stakeholders.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Working towards bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or Computer Information Science.

• Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting

• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.

• Embraces diverse perspectives through partnerships and teamwork

• Experience with Microsoft 360 Suite and Smart Sheet would be beneficial

• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus but the ability to think outside of the box is key.
