Customer Service Representative (Onsite)
Location: Hartford CT
Pay Rate: $19.36 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Weekends Off
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our onsite customer support this role you will serve as the first point of contact for customers assisting with program information account inquiries and online portal support such as password resets.
This position requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to maintain professionalism and empathy when assisting callers including those who may be frustrated or upset.
