Job Summary
The Project Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedule routings using Royals demand driven operating model (DDOM). Key responsibilities include accounting for demand and capacity aligning project deliverables to a production full kit monitoring project progress and communicating project status including potential issues.
The Project Scheduler is responsible for supporting Project Management. It is important for the Project Scheduler to understand project workflows and maintain a knowledge of project portfolio strategy and customer demands. The Project Scheduler should promote project on-time delivery and have strong communication skills with cross-functional Operations teams.
- Create and maintain project schedule routings
- Use the capabilities of the DDOM system to account for demand and capacity
- Align projects deliverables to a production full kit
- Track project progress and monitor milestones
- Prepare and present project status reports
- Lead project schedule status meetings
- Escalate project risk to PMO
