Service Delivery本部に所属しSAP Concur製品の導入および活用支援を行うチームの一員として企業の業務改革効率化を支援するプロジェクトに携わっていただきます

ミッション目的

• クライアントの業務プロセス改善と改革を支援し部門および企業全体の価値向上に貢献する
• サービス品質の向上と業務プロセスの効率化に資する仕組みづくりに関与する
• 新機能製品導入アプローチの情報収集検証社内共有を担う

主な業務内容例

• 導入済みまたは導入中の企業の業務改善支援
• クライアントの業務効率化ツール活用の提案サポート
• 国内外の導入事例ナレッジの収集整理
• 社内資料の作成業務マニュアル提案資料トレーニング資料など
• 会議準備議事録作成などのプロジェクト運営支援
• 顧客向けサービスに関するオペレーション業務の補助

配属部署働く環境

• Service Delivery部門はSAP Concur製品の導入運用コンサルティングを専門とするチームです
• 大手エンタープライズ企業とのプロジェクトを通してプロジェクトマネジメント業務設計課題解決力を実践的に学べます
• グローバル展開している製品のため海外チームとの協働や英語使用の機会もあり
• リモートと出社のハイブリッド勤務東京大手町丸の内オフィス
  希望によりフルリモート勤務も可能です

勤務条件

• 1年以上の継続勤務が可能な方
• 週3日以上安定して勤務できる方勤務曜日時間帯は相談可
• 就業時間は原則平日9:0018:00の範囲
