Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a dedicated and collaborative team in Shelton CT.
This full-time permanent opportunity offers a collegial practice environment with a strong emphasis on integrated care clinical support and work-life balance. Physicians will provide diagnostic evaluations treatment planning and management of patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive endocrine evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Manage chronic and acute endocrine conditions including diabetes thyroid disorders osteoporosis and adrenal or pituitary disorders.
Collaborate with primary care providers dietitians and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Participate in team meetings case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
Promote preventive health strategies patient education and community wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
