This position is responsible for delivering products in the Louisville area. No Weekends.

General Function:

Operate a van or box truck (GVWlbs.) to deliver product to accounts on daily routes and establish positive relationship with retailers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Verifies truck inventory.
Deliver and unload product at customer site. Approx. 25 deliveries per day.
Verify customer ABC license is valid when making delivery.
B2B customer service experience preferred.
Verify each customer invoice and payment is correct at the retail account.
Responsible for printing invoice collecting payment as needed.
Perform pre and post trip inspection of the delivery vehicle pursuant to FMCSA requirements.
Must operate the truck safely and within company federal and state guidelines.
Must report any problems maintenance issues with the delivery vehicle to Operation Supervisor or Fleet Manager.
Other duties as requested or assigned by management.

Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:

Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical certification.
Prior delivery experience preferred.
Must have clean driving record acceptable to Company insurance carrier.
Comply with company policies procedures and applicable state and federal laws.
Must be able to operate handheld computer (iPad) and printer.
Must be able to sit stand walk climb squat bend and twist.
Must be able to do repetitive lifting of 50 lbs.
Must be able to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 lbs.
