The VIP Sports Coordinator supports senior leadership in driving team performance and operational success across sports and entertainment initiatives. The position involves planning and executing high-profile events managing logistics and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining calendars overseeing ticketing operations and synthesizing event insights into clear communications for leadership. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Service
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Sports Player Development and VP of Sports VIP to drive operational excellence and team performance.
- Assist in crafting and executing unforgettable experiences for VIP guests across sports and entertainment venues.
- Lead project planning and timeline management for diverse events coordinating efforts with both internal teams and external partners.
- Liaise with essential vendorsincluding cross-functional teams merchandise suppliers sports organizations and event venuesto ensure seamless execution.
- Manage organizational logistics by maintaining team calendars coordinating event schedules and overseeing task workflows.
- Compile and translate team activities into clear actionable communications for senior leadership including event summaries and player insights.
- Support ticketing operations ensuring accurate distribution and timely delivery for all events.
- Embrace opportunities to innovate and contribute to moments that surprise and delight high-value guests.
Communication
Gives consistent polite timely and accurate information and service; taking the initiative to find the answer when unsure
Coordinates with internal and external business stakeholders including but not limited to Player Support team VIP Leaders Marketing Technology/IT managers software platform vendors and analytics team members to advance VIP efforts
Ensures accuracy and timely completion of all player communication
Integrity & Compliance
Fully complies with all applicable rules regulations laws and policies and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty
Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment policies procedures industry regulations department goals and business strategy
Coordinates with Compliance Responsible Gaming and other Risk Management team members
Adheres to all department/company policies and procedures
Educated on all jurisdictional policies related to customer support functionality
Has the ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree required; interest in the sports betting industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Strategic and structured thinker with experience in project planning or event execution.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail across both digital platforms and physical environments.
Thrives under pressure managing multiple high-priority initiatives in dynamic fast-paced settings.
Skilled at synthesizing notes data and insights into clear actionable deliverables.
Proactive and goal-oriented consistently pursuing excellence beyond baseline expectations.
Energized by the opportunity to help build and expand a new business sector.
Technologically proficient with strong skills in PowerPoint and general computer literacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Able to communicate effectively at all levels of organization and see things through the eyes of the customer
Must be able to obtain gaming license as needed

PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment including but not limited to computers telephone/headset etc.
Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions
Must be able to make telephone calls for extended periods (minimum 25 calls/day)
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
Must be able to work for long periods of time under fluorescent lighting
Must be able to work at a desk for most of the day in a seated position
Must be able to spend most of the day working off computer monitors and operating a keyboard
Although most of the position will be spent seated at a desk there will be occasions where candidate must be able to remain on ones feet for long periods of time and/or walk for long distances
