Job Summary

Your tasks:

Coordinate and monitor the progress of Surface results (production and quality);
Ensure the production control reports;
Permanent quality control of the Surface process;
Ensure the implementation and standardization of Lean tools;
Ensure the proper operation of Surface equipment;
Monitor detect and report human resource needs to the head of Surface;
Support in training new employees;
Support in the strategic management of people and teams;
Collaborate with the Manager in monitoring the progress of the monthly production budget;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams - production quality and maintenance.

Your profile:

Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management Mechanical Materials or similar;
Production management skills;
Experience with SAP (preferred);
Google tools command;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English;
Good leadership communication and teamwork skills.
