Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent (42.5 hours per week)

About the Role Were looking for a proactive and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Dartford working in partnership with Moat Housing. Youll oversee the delivery of planned cyclical and responsive repairs across tenanted properties ensuring works are completed to high standards of quality safety and customer care.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight excellent communication and a commitment to service excellence. Youll manage trades and subcontractors carry out inspections and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
