Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
- Renew customer accounts and promote relevant products
- Identify upselling opportunities through great customer conversations
- Deliver excellent service while hitting achievable sales targets
- Use a simple CRM and diary system to manage your daily activity
- Work within a supportive high-energy team environment
What Were Looking For
- Confident communication and great people skills
- Sales-focused mindset with a drive to succeed
- Reliable enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not essential
