The Role:
Reporting to the Store Manager youll play a key role in the stores success ensuring the shop floor is fully equipped and customer ready! Your day to day will focus on managing the back of house logistics and driving operational efficiency from replenishment and deliveries to stock handling and inventory management. You will also play an active part on the shop floor ensuring Exceptional Retail Experiences are delivered every time. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors values; LEADERSHIP CARE ACCOUNTABILITY TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum of 1 years experience in a back-of-house role or similar within a retail environment
• Experience in a store leadership or key holder role supporting and motivating a team to achieve results preferred
• Proven ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs with a results driven mindset
• Commitment and a team focused approach to delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience
