About the role: We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented System Administrator with expertise in Active Directory DNS DHCP PKI SCCM and SCOM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining core infrastructure services ensuring high availability security and compliance. This role requires strong technical skills a proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate across IT teams.
Location and Work Setup: The position is based in the Bucharest Office near Grozavesti metro station with a flexible hybrid way of working.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure including user and group management GPOs and domain services.
- Manage DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable name resolution and IP address management
- Implement and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for secure communications and authentication
- Deploy and manage software packages updates and operating system images using SCCM
- Monitor system health and performance using SCOM and respond to alerts and incidents
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for directory and infrastructure services
- Maintain documentation for configurations procedures and system changes
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and service improvements
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in system administration with a focus on Active Directory DNS DHCP and PKI
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and SCOM
- Strong understanding of Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Nice to have:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCSA MCSE or equivalent)
- Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments (on-premises and Azure AD)
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Exposure to ITIL practices and change management processes
