Job Description & Summary

At PwC our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding offboarding payroll and benefits administration absence management employee record-keeping compliance with labour laws and regulations and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in HR information systems (HRIS) data and analytics at PwC will focus on enabling process optimization automation efficient data management reporting and leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions in the HRIS data and analytics space. Your work will involve implementing technology solutions and utilising advanced analytics techniques to streamline HR processes enhance employee experience and support business and human resource clients to optimise operations and achieve strategic goals.

Focused on relationships you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations you are growing your personal brand deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity you are comfortable when the path forward isnt clear you ask questions and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Minimum years experience required

  • 4 years of experience international mobility or global mobility functional areas.
  • Working knowledge of mobility legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a networked matrixed organization ideally within the professional services sector.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and stakeholders across geographies.
  • Understanding and applying basic knowledge of the international assignment programme and policies.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships for collaboration including other GM colleagues across the network.
  • Experience in AI prompting and digital transformation tools.
  • Advanced English
  • Bachelor Degree
