Located in downtown Fresno Community Regional Medical Center is the flagship hospital of the region and home to the only Level I Trauma Center Comprehensive Stroke Center and Comprehensive Burn Center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. This facility provides advanced high-acuity care for the Central Valleys most complex cases. As an Allied Health Practitioner in Endoscopy youll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patients recommend treatment and ensure seamless care across specialties.

• Collaborate with physicians to evaluate patients interpret test results and develop individualized care plans that support diagnosis treatment and recovery.

• Coordinate patient care across specialties acting as a liaison between providers patients and families to ensure clear communication and timely referrals.

• Contribute to clinical improvement by developing and maintaining protocols that enhance the patient and provider experience.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement helping to advance clinical practices and uphold the gold standard of care that Community is known for.

This position offers a unique schedule: one week of 24/7 call coverage followed by the next week off.

Education & Experience

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program

• Credentialed by the CHS Medical Staff Office as an Allied Health Professional and privileged to perform Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant standardized procedures

• 2 years clinical experience in area specialty

Licenses and Certifications

• NP - Current State of California Nurse Practitioner License and

• NPF - Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number required or

• PA - State of California Physician Assistant License

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)
