Responsibilities
As a physical therapist you will help patients meet their goals in home. You will connect with your patients through their treatment plan and monitoring their progress.

Requirements
- 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist
- Valid drivers license and CPR-BLS
- Current PT license in Virginia
Experience:
- 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist. (Required)
