As a Senior IT Change Analyst youll lead the design delivery and evaluation of IT change management initiatives that ensure smooth transitions minimal disruption and maximum stakeholder engagement. Youll work across diverse teams to embed change build readiness and drive adoption of new systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in IT change management within complex environments demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. They will be well-versed in change management methodologies and tools with the ability to lead effective and sustainable change initiatives across the organisation.
