The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Quality Systems Specialist to join our Safety & Quality Program team in Plano TX or one of the locations listed in the posting. This position will act as a business integrator and support a unified safety and quality management system.
Position responsibilities include:
Ongoing integration of Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management system (QMS) across BGS
Drive consistency standards and structure in safety risk management
Document safety and quality strategy milestones and measurements for success and effectiveness
Help drive leadership commitment and accountability across BGS
Integrate SMS across engineering quality manufacturing and supply chain
Manage relationships across BGS to integrate SMS / QMS plans and risks
Management of Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) execution and integration
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10 years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination implementation and completion
10 years of experience collecting organizing analyzing dataand summarizing findings
10 years of experience leading projects
Experience working with teams across multiple geographic locations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher preferred
Experience working in Quality Program/Product Management
