WHAT YOULL DO:

• Monitor patients conditions and assess their needs

• Provide 1:1 nursing care per individualized care plans

• Administer medications treatments and injections per physicians orders

• Document care accurately in patient charts

• Educate patients and their families on healthy habits medications and follow-up care

• Collaborate with physicians family members and care teams

• Maintain strict hygiene safety and health protocols during home visits

• Be ready to respond with sound clinical judgment in emergency situations

• Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with patients and families

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

• Active RN license in Hawaii

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (home health preferred)

• Excellent clinical communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage field-based assignments

• Compassionate patient-focused and reliable

• Strong understanding of health and safety guidelines emergency care and nursing procedures

• BSc or diploma from an accredited nursing program
