The Leadership Studies Program at the University of Denver promotes inclusive leadership through intellectual engagement personal development collaborative problem-solving and community engaged learning. We provide a multidisciplinary and comprehensive academic program preparing undergraduate students for the responsibilities and challenges of leadership in the diverse and complex world of the 21st Century. The program advances students understanding of self as leader/follower leadership theory and research interpersonal skills and competencies that support inclusive leadership effectiveness a more fully developed code of personal and organizational ethics and an enhanced sense of social responsibility and citizenship.
Position Summary
This is a general posting that will serve to create a pool of applicants for several 2-credit adjunct faculty courses throughout the academic year. These classes meet once weekly for 110 minutes with roughly 25 students and may include required or elective courses. The topics explored range from the job and internship search to leadership theory and application. These courses are typically offered in winter and spring quarters.

While the Universitys administrative offices are open Monday Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm faculty schedules vary from term to term and are based on courses taught service commitments and research agendas. The Universitys academic calendars are posted on the registrars website (the law school is on a semester system and has a different academic calendar).

Course Rate
The compensation will be $2580 for the two-credit course.
