Position responsible for completing referral forms and assisting with scheduling appointments with referral physician facilities based on patient insurance requirements. Position also responsible for pre-certification as needed.
Important to Note:
Position hours are Monday - Friday generally 8:00am -5:00pm.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical office environment (preferred).
Prior experience with patient referrals preferred.
Position is remote but must reside in the Kansas City metro
