Summary
We are seeking a qualified Case Processor to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the law firms day-to-day operations including carrying out administrative services and supporting the legal team. This positions ideal candidate has a strong work ethic exceptional problem-solving skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic workplace
Responsibilities:
- Updates case assignment for applicable case types and venues.
- Handles case reassignments when needed
- Ensures all of the appropriate documents are completed and ready for the legal staff to handle.
- Handles day to day communication with legal staff and operations to ensure that assignment information is up to date
- Maintains legal staff inventory and manages new incoming inventory
Qualification
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to ask probing questions understand concerns and overcome objections while exhibiting excellent listening skills. The willingness and ability to learn about new products and drugs and other important information pertaining to cases.
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within fast-paced call center.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Critical/Analytical thinker.
