Job Summary
As a Product Manager in the Business Communication (Inbox) team youll redefine how business owners engage with customers using AI-powered conversational tools. Youll work closely with developers and designers to shape the infrastructure for partner communication while driving measurable business impact through data-driven decisions.
In your day-to-day you will:
- Redefine how business owners engage with customers using AI-powered conversational tools aimed to leverage business success
- Collaborate with developers and designers on shaping communication infrastructure with partners
- Collaborate with other product teams at Wix to identify opportunities and deliver products to address them.
- Make product decisions based on data market research and user insights
- Generate measurable business impact using KPIs
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience as a product manager
- Driven by user success and business impact skilled in analyzing user needs & intents
- Auto didactic with the ability to lead projects End to end.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality Proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build
- Experience in communication infrastructure and AI tools - A Plus
