Job Summary
Your mission
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage coordinate & execute marketing campaigns across various channels
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent communication across all marketing materials
- Collaborate with sales product development and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns
- Measure and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up to date with new marketing tools technologies and best practices
Your profile
- Expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools especially HubSpot including campaign automation lead scoring and analytics.
- Proficiency with Webflow for content management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels & content marketing
- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and in German
- Preferred: work experience at a start-up or in the start-up ecosystem
