Job Summary
As a Retail Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee cleaning operations across assigned retail sites to ensure they meet our clients presentation hygiene and safety standards. Youll provide on-site leadership support your team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of cleaners across multiple retail locations
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are met
Manage daily operations including scheduling task allocation and attendance monitoring
Provide hands-on cleaning as required to support team coverage and quality delivery
Train and mentor new and existing cleaning staff in procedures safety and customer service
Maintain stock control and order cleaning materials and equipment as needed
Report maintenance safety or staffing issues promptly to management
Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and clients
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and OH&S standards
What Youll Bring:
Proven experience in retail or commercial cleaning with supervisory or team leader experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Reliable well-organised and capable of managing multiple sites or priorities
Sound understanding of OH&S and safe work practices
Flexibility to work early mornings evenings or weekends as required

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years supervising experience
- Proven high level of customer service and management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving strong analytical and project management skills
- Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
