Job Summary
- Manage and perform maintenance operations of multiple commercial properties including office and retail assets.
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with tenants vendors and clients.
- Work closely with property manager on work orders projects budgets and overall building maintenance.
- Oversee and direct vendors relationships and performance to ensure quality of work.
- Engage and bid outside professional trades such as electricians plumbers HVAC etc.
- Respond and address tenant work order in a timely manner with appropriate follow up to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain and complete general building repairs including ceiling tiles drywall repairs painting locks doors and access controllers.
- Maintain and repair minor electrical system including bulbs ballasts switches and lighting control systems.
- Maintain and repair minor plumbing items including toilet/urinal replacement and address drains toilet sinks and other systems.
- Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers fire suppression systems building alarm contacts and other critical building systems.
- Maintain grounds/ curb appeal to company and client standard.
- Oversee scheduling preventive maintenance of equipment prioritizing and estimating project and provide technical assistance when developing job plans.
- Perform inspections of recently maintained or repaired equipment to observe the quality of the work performed and the operating condition of the equipment.
- Assist with the implementation of capital projects.
- Approving maintenance strategy including monthly reporting and KPI validation.
- Ensure compliance with quality health and safety rules guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Maintenance technician for (2) year(s) - Required
- Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP MPO or HVAC certified) will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of different building systems (heating electrical air conditioning ventilation etc.)
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety standards and regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication interpersonal and leadership skills
Additional Information :
Properties are located in the Denver surrounding cities
Schedule: Monday - Friday Saturday and Sunday as needed and after hours on call required
Pay: $25-$28 hourly plus mileage
