Job Summary
Educanta is looking for a motivated Digitalisation Consultant to support one of our industrial clients on their journey toward smarter and more efficient operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a hands-on real-world environment.
In this role youll work on-site with the clients team to help streamline processes and implement new digital tools such as Power Automate Excel SharePoint and other Microsoft solutions. Youll contribute to building cleaner more transparent workflows that make daily operations more efficient and data-driven with support and guidance from Educanta when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the clients team to understand current data flows and validate data accuracy.
- Map existing processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
- Support the design and implementation of new tools to monitor and improve processes (e.g. Power Automate SharePoint Excel).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and partner companies to ensure alignment and smooth project progress.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation.
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone structured curious and proactive with a genuine interest in digital transformation and process improvement.
You should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering Digitalisation Information Systems or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Good communication and collaboration skills comfortable working closely with different stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and learn new tools.
- Proficiency in English (French is a plus).
Experience with Power Automate SharePoint or other Microsoft tools is appreciated but not required what matters most is your willingness to learn and improve.
Additional Information :
- Contract: Fixed-term (3 months flexible) with possibility of extension.
- Location: On-site in Luleå Sweden.
- Start: As soon as possible.
- You will work primarily with the clients local team with support from Educanta when needed.
