Role: Associate Practice Engagement Manager Data Analytics & AI


Location: Japan (Tokyo Office)


Role Description:
Infosys is seeking anAssociate Practice Engagement Managerfor its Data & Analytics Associate Practice Engagement Manager (APEM) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The APEM works together with their manager to build accounts plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plans. Usually the APEM handles multiple accounts with an indicative annual book of business of up to $10 million.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships build a portfolio up to $ 5M-10M own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Drive the sales strategy for data and analytics services and identify and pursue new business opportunities in a specific vertical
  • Work closely with internal teams including delivery consulting CTO Organization marketing AI and analytics team to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offerings
  • Go-to market build a strong go to market with contextualized offerings relevant for clients partnerships in order to address client needs comprehensively and in a differentiated manner planning and executing campaigns for pipeline creation.
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required opportunities to be pursued price decisions etc.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bilingual with strong business Japanese skills (JLPT N1/N2).
  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • Significant business development and sales experience on Data/Analytics/AI
  • Experience with Data on Cloud Sales
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience with Data/analytics proposal creation and leading Data/Analytics presentations and workshops for deals
  • Experience in building business cases and utilizing those for business value articulation and negotiations.
  • Strong leadership interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
  • We are seeking candidates who are fluent in Japanese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in Japanese is essential for this role.

応募資格:
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語JLPT N1/N2を含むバイリンガルスキル
  • 認定機関での学士号または同等の外国資格
  • データ分析AI分野での事業開発営業経験
  • クラウド上のデータ販売経験
  • Cレベルのクライアントとの関係構築実績
  • データ分析提案書の作成案件獲得に向けたプレゼンやワークショップのリード経験
  • ビジネスケースの構築およびそれを活用した価値訴求交渉経験
  • 優れたリーダーシップ対人能力コミュニケーションプレゼンテーションスキル
  • 幅広いITおよびビジネスコンサルティング案件の経験
  • クライアントやステークホルダーとの効果的なコミュニケーションのため日本語の流暢さ読み書きは必須
