Role : ETL Developer

Designation: Software Engineer

Brief Description about the role:

This person is responsible for development testing deployment of ETL scripts logical and physical data models metadata definitions and models queries and reports schedules work progress and maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Development Testing and Deployment of ETL scripts/mappings and Reports.
Monitoring the daily production jobs
Support and deliver business data requirements
Research and analyze required data
Analyze the SQL queries / ETL scripts for performance optimization

Skill and Competencies:

Technical:

Very Strong in SQL (Structured Query Language)
Good understanding and hands on experience with Unix Shell Scripting.
Working experience in any RDBMS databases
Implements best practices and tunes SQL code for optimization
Experience in unit testing and troubleshooting
Conceptual and analytic skills
Experience using Informatica Power Centre Designer Workflow Manager Workflow Monitor and Repository is plus
Knowledge in Bigdata implementation is plus
Knowledge in any Reporting tools (Like Tableau) is plus

Non-Technical:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
High competence team player self-starter and ability to work independently

Education and Experience:

Looking for 1-3yrs of experience in ETL Developer with BE/BTech or any equivalent Professional Graduate
