Were looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting Research and Insights initiatives across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively managing multiple tasks and contributing to meaningful change.

There is an opportunity to develop skills in areas such as Market Research and Customer Experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of Research and Insights projects.
  • Coordinating meetings building surveys preparing documentation and collecting feedback for consultations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on actions and communications.
  • Assisting with customer feedback processes and helping translate insights into service improvements.
  • Support all customer insight work being the champion for research and analytics.

Wed love to meet someone who:

  • Is confident using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is highly organised with great attention to detail and time management.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and building strong working relationships.
  • Is passionate about improving services and supporting positive outcomes.
