Facility Coordinator

As our Facility Coordinator youll play a key role in keeping our laboratories assembly areas and offices running smoothly. Youll ensure that our teams can focus on innovation while you take ownership of infrastructure maintenance compliance and all things facility-related.

Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage building operations oversee technical systems and support our ongoing growth - from space planning to setting up new work areas as we scale.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of our laboratories assembly areas and offices
• Coordinate preventive maintenance inspections and service contractors (HVAC compressed air safety systems cleaning security)
• Manage infrastructure upgrades utility installations and building adjustments in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure EHS and facility compliance (insurance fire protection TÜV inspections documentation audits)
• Own facility-related budgets and procurement for facility related infrastructure
• Be the main point of contact for landlords authorities and service providers
• Support space planning workplace setup and facility logistics as we continue to scale

• Degree or vocational training in Facility Management Building Services Engineering or Operations (or equivalent experience)
• 13 years of relevant experience in R&D production or laboratory environments
• Basic technical understanding of building systems (HVAC compressed air electrical)
• Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on attitude with a structured and reliable way of working
• Experience with safety regulations and technical documentation is a plus
• Fluent in German and English
