Job Summary
Join our team as a Delivery Driver in Sandy Springs United States! Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and with a smile. As a key member of our team at 6130 Roswell Rd youll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service and efficiency.
- Safely transport food orders from our restaurant to customers locations in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and addressing any concerns professionally
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your delivery vehicle
- Use smartphone applications to navigate routes and manage delivery information efficiently
- Collaborate with in-store team members to ensure smooth operations and order accuracy
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Assist with basic in-store duties during non-peak delivery hours as needed
- Maintain open communication with management regarding any issues or customer feedback
Qualifications :
- Must be of legal driving age with a valid drivers license
- Clean driving record with a minimum of 2 years of driving history
- Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Physical capability to lift and carry food orders
- Proficiency in using smartphone applications for navigation and order management
- Familiarity with local area and traffic patterns in Sandy Springs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on order accuracy and timeliness
