- Receive mentorship and guidance from senior level Civil Engineers through a variety of civil engineering projects.
- Perform redlines on project drawings pull technical reports and complete quantity calculations and assist with project cost estimates.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams such as CAD designers engineers subcontractors to complete projects safely on time and with high quality.
- Assist in client contact and communications.
- May include onsite construction observation duties during the construction phase of projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related Engineering degree.
- 0-3 years of experience in Civil Engineering
- Experience in the design and construction of state DOT and county highway projects preferred.
- Experience operating MicroStation Geopak and/or AutoCAD preferred.
- Working knowledge of applicable federal state and local codes.
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
